Q: Do you have any service centres where we can bring our equipment for repair?

A: Yes. We do maintain a fully equipped workshop for repairing and testing purposes. You can drop off your PC, laptop or hard drives at Rowlandson House, 289-293 Ballards Lane, North Finchley, London N12 8NP. For a map and directions, click here.

Q: How long does it take to repair a PC or a laptop?

A: Normally it takes 3-5 working days unless required components for repair or upgrades are not in stock or a customization is required.

Q: Do you offer any telephone technical support?

A: No. Telephone technical support is only available to our existing customers. Therefore, if you have used our services you will be entitled to one instance of telephone support. More instances will be at our discretion.
